Returned screens are subject to the following guidelines: You must return your screen in its original shipping box packed with the original packing materials. We do expect to get a returned screen back in good condition; damaged screens may result in a reduced refund. Write the return authorization number 'RMA' and your 'LAST NAME' on a sheet of paper and put it INSIDE the shipping box. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the screen to Tribal Screens. The original shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping to Canada: We are now able to accept orders from Canadian customers and ship our products to Canada. However, our Canadian customers should be aware that in accordance with United States federal law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
